General information and mandatory information
Name of the responsible party
The responsible party for data processing on this website is:
technoluma NETRODA TECHNOLOGIES Corporation
technoluma SH.P.K.
c/o Responsible GDPR Data Protection Officer (GDPR-DPO)
for the European Union: EC Data Protection Officer
RR./UL. Peja 1
XK-32000 Poterq (eperm) / Gornji Petric
Republic of Kosovo
The responsible body decides alone or jointly with others on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, contact details, etc.).
Revocation of your consent to data processing
Some data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke your previously granted consent at any time. An informal email notification is sufficient for revocation. The legality of the data processing carried out up to the time of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
As a data subject, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the event of a data protection violation. The competent supervisory authority for data protection issues is the data protection officer of the country in which you are located. The following link provides a list of data protection officers and their contact details: https://ec.europa.eu/
Right to data portability
You have the right, pursuant to Article 20 GDPR, to receive the personal data concerning you which you have provided to us and which we process by automated means on the basis of your consent or for the performance of a contract. Such data will be provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
Where technically feasible, and upon your explicit request, we will transmit such data directly to another controller. Direct transmission to another controller may be subject to technical, organizational, and security constraints and will only be performed where it does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others and where the identity of the requesting data subject and the recipient controller can be reliably verified.
Right to information, correction, blocking, deletion
Within the scope of applicable law, you have the right at any time to request, free of charge, information about whether and which personal data concerning you is being processed. This includes, where applicable, information about the origin of the data, the categories of recipients, the purpose and legal basis of processing, and the envisaged retention period.
Furthermore, you have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data, the completion of incomplete personal data, the restriction of processing, or the erasure of your personal data, provided that the respective legal requirements under Articles 16, 18, and 17 GDPR are met.
You may contact us at any time regarding these rights or other questions concerning the processing of personal data using the contact details provided in the legal notice.
Limitations and Process of Identification, Verification, and Data Correction
The exercise of rights to information, rectification, restriction, deletion, or data portability requires that the requesting person can be reliably identified and that the requested data can be clearly and deterministically associated with that person. Requests from persons who cannot be identified, or whose identity cannot be sufficiently verified, cannot be fulfilled insofar as the association between the requesting person and the relevant data records cannot be technically or legally established.
In particular, where personal data is processed in a manner that does not permit direct identification (e.g., pseudonymized, anonymized, or aggregated data), or where identifiers necessary for reliable association are not available or no longer retained, technical correction, deletion, or disclosure of such data may not be possible.
For requests made under the right of access or data portability, the requesting person is required to provide all information necessary to verify their identity and, where applicable, to ensure secure and lawful transmission of the requested data. Any costs or efforts associated with providing adequate identification, secure communication channels, or verified recipient details shall be borne by the requesting person, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
We reserve the right to request additional information where necessary to confirm the identity of the data subject or to prevent unauthorized disclosure of personal data, in accordance with Article 12(6) GDPR.
TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content that you send to us as the website operator, our website uses Transport Layer encryption (TLS). This ensures that any data you transmit via this website cannot be read by third parties. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" address bar in your browser and the lock symbol in the browser bar.
Responsibility for Client-Side TLS Integrity and Forward Secrecy
While SSL or TLS encryption protects data in transit between your browser and our servers, the effectiveness of these security mechanisms also depends on the integrity and configuration of the end-user’s devices and network environment. Each party is responsible for ensuring that their own systems, including operating systems, browsers, and network infrastructure, support secure TLS configurations and provide appropriate cryptographic protections such as forward secrecy.
In particular, TLS security assumptions may be affected in environments where third-party root certificates are installed on client devices, or where traffic is intercepted, inspected, or terminated by enterprise network proxy services, security gateways, or similar middleware solutions. Such configurations are common in corporate, institutional, or managed IT environments and may allow authorized third parties within those environments to decrypt, inspect, or re-encrypt TLS-protected communications.
We do not have control over, nor responsibility for, the security posture, certificate trust stores, or network-level interception mechanisms implemented on the user’s devices or within their organizational networks. Any weakening of TLS guarantees, including the loss of forward secrecy or confidentiality due to client-side or network-level modifications, falls outside our sphere of responsibility.
Users are therefore advised to ensure that their devices and network connections are configured in accordance with current security best practices and that they understand the implications of any third-party certificates, security software, or proxy services operating within their environment.
